Ordering from me is easy, either order a card from my shop and make payment here and I will send in the post, or for a bespoke card please send an enquiry on the form under Contacts, or email me at jess@cross-stitch-cards.net, or call my mobile outside office hours. I can then discuss your requirements and confirm a price and you can tell me when you need the card. I will then confirm details in an email.
Once I have accepted your order the design can no longer be changed and payment is due on completion before delivery, though I may on request email you a photo of the finished card. Payment is best made by PayPal.
I do not accept returns of any card made to order and no refunds will be made unless the card is defective in which case your statutory rights will apply under English law. I am not registered for VAT and am trading as a sole trader. Most of the proceeds from all cards goes to UK charities of my choice.
